AgileEngine management team draws its experience from deep background working with both emerging and established technologies. Our team has a deep understanding of the product design, development and support challenges faced by product companies and are focused on meeting those challenges and delivering value to our clients.

	Alex Kalinovsky, CEO Alex Kalinovsky is a technologist and entrepreneur with more than 14 years of experience in software development. Coming from architecture and development background Alex was the original developer of AjaxSwing and acts as a CTO. He has co-founded 2 successful companies in CTO role and is actively helping startups and established companies with technical architecture and product vision. He is the author of Covert Java book and a frequent speaker on topics of tech startups, lean development and automated testing.
	Peter Niestroy, CFO Mr. Niestroy took CFO role at AgileEngine in June 2010. He brings over 15 years of experience in the technology, software development, and consulting service industries. He has management experience in accounting, budgeting, board presentations, cash management, financing, investments, information systems, regulatory relations and strategic planning. Prior to AgileEngine Mr. Niestroy spent over ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in various roles.
	Vlad Kitaynik, VP of Solutions Vlad Kitaynik is heading the overall solution implementation and manages the customer relationships. He brings in more than 10 years of experience in software projects development, IT services and business development.
	Alexey Grebennikov, Delivery Manager Alexey Grebennikov is he has more than 10 years' application development experience in industries ranging from finance and healthcare to emergent internet services. He has extensive experience leading in the creation of large-scale distributed applications, mobile solutions and the integration of disparate systems. Since he joined AgileEngine Alexey has served the company in a variety of roles including development, consulting and general management.
	Natalie Tronko, Recruitment Manager Natalie Tronko brings energy, optimism, organizational skills and vast recruiting experience to AgileEngine. She manages talent search and recruitment process to ensure that AgileEngine and its customers attract the top experts in their fields.
