Our team has a deep understanding of the product design, development and support challenges faced by product companies and are focused on meeting those challenges and delivering value to our clients.

	Alex Kalinovsky, CEO Alex Kalinovsky is a technologist and entrepreneur with more than 14 years of experience in IT industry, specializing in enterprise architecture, object-oriented modeling, design and development. Alex has a vast experience with project management, technical leadership and mentoring, creating a great team spirit and a highly motivating work environment. He is the author of Covert Java book and the original creator of AjaxSwing product.
	Peter Niestroy, CFO Mr. Niestroy took CFO role at Creamtec in June 2010. He brings over 15 years of experience in the technology, software development, and consulting service industries. He has management experience in accounting, budgeting, board presentations, cash management, financing, investments, information systems, regulatory relations and strategic planning. Prior to CreamTec Mr. Niestroy spent over ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in various roles.
	Alexey Grebennikov, Delivery Manager Alexey Grebennikov is CreamTec's Delivery Manager. He has more than 10 years' application development experience in industries ranging from finance and healthcare to emergent internet services. He has extensive experience leading in the creation of large-scale distributed applications, mobile solutions and the integration of disparate systems. Since he joined CreamTec Alexey has served the company in a variety of roles including development, consulting and general management.
	Natalie Tronko, Recruitment Manager Natalie Tronko brings energy, optimism, organizational skills and vast recruiting experience to CreamTec. She manages talent search and recruitment process to ensure that CreamTec and its customers attract the top experts in their fields.
